Return/Exchange policy

As of November 15, 2024, store credit is the only refund option available for returns. Store credit will be issued in the form of a discount code unique to each customer.

 

To submit a return, email support@ventvibes.com to get in touch with Customer Support.

 

Customers have 7 days after delivery of merchandise to initiate a return or exchange with new, unworn and unwashed items purchased from VENT LLC through the ventvibes.com website.

 

The only exchanges we are currently accepting are items of equal value or similar variant. Items that have been worn or washed will not be accepted for return or exchange. Items such as, but not limited to, stickers, clearance and pre-order items, are not eligible for exchange or return.

 

Shipping fees charged to the customer on the original order are non-refundable, unless the items shipped are damaged or incorrect. Purchases made online cannot be returned or exchanged at pop-up events. Purchases made at pop-up events cannot be returned or exchanged online.

 

All returns will be given through store credit or applied to the original form of payment if appropriate. Returns will be processed within 8-10 business days.

 

Please be aware that we do not guarantee exchange request if the item you are exchanging for is no longer available. A store credit or refund can be issued in this situation.
