Canceling an Order

If you need to cancel an order, please contact Customer Support at support@ventvibes.com. We will make sure you receive confirmation of your order cancellation.

When cancelled orders are processed back to your original form of payment you can expect the refund to process within 8-10 business days. In the event you have not received your refund within this time frame please reach out to Customer Support.

Orders can only be cancelled before it is packaged and shipped out. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for cancellation.

To ensure your order is cancelled successfully during new releases cancellations requests should be submitted within 24 hours of order submission.

The editing of orders is not possible after your order is placed, and payment has been processed.
