Domestic Shipping policy (US)

All orders place on our website (ventvibes.com) are shipped exclusively domestic for the time being using either FedEx, USPS, or UPS.

VENT is not responsible for items that are damaged, stolen, lost in transit after the order has shipped from our facility. In situations where this occurs, please contact Customer Support at support@ventvibes.com.

You can expect orders to be processed and shipped within 5-10 business days of purchase unless sated otherwise on item description. When your order is shipped you can use FedEx, USPS, or UPS to monitor shipping time.

Shipping rates are determined by weight of total order and will be calculated during checkout before order submission. VENT currently ships to all 50 states apart of the United States of America.

Taxes in states where applicable will be applied and shown during order submission (checkout).

VENT cannot/will not guarantee specific delivery dates on any order.
